How to Heal Emotional Trauma

No need to write a post on this subject, it’s done right here. Excellent information, as I wrote in their comment section, I used EFT and still do, it works to remove not only trauma but genes we activate through our belief system that we are victims of our genes. We are not, we active them by thought, by our environment.

When I was young, I was in a horrifically abusive relationship for over a year. Even though I was able to eventually “get out” and save myself, it took me many years to figure out how to heal the deep emotional wounds.
